A Backyard in the Sky
One Clinton Park offers 8,000 square feet of outdoor space across two landscaped terraces. Featuring barbecues, turf lawns, fireplaces, a dog run, and a gaming area — not to mention plenty of seating for sunning, socializing, and dining — there’s something to do at every turn.
Relaxation and Revelry
A generously sized lounge has select areas for gaming and billiards, watching movies or sporting events, relaxing, and socializing.
Accessed through a concealed door adjacent to the lounge, One Clinton Park’s own swanky speakeasy has a custom bar and booth seating that can convert into workstations when the party isn’t in session. It’s named after Charles Dana Gibson, a popular illustrator for Life magazine and other major national publications, who lived in New Rochelle. At the turn of the 20th century, New Rochelle became a haven for actors, writers, and artists, attracting creative types from all around.
